- SEALSQ Corp (NASDAQ:LAES) fell over 6% premarket on Monday after pricing an offering to raise around $60M.
- The company entered into a securities purchase agreement with several institutional investors to purchase 15M ordinary shares and accompanying warrants to purchase up to 30M ordinary shares at a combined purchase price of $4.00 per ordinary share and accompanying warrants.
- SEALSQ currently plans to use the net proceeds from the offering to reinforce its cash position, allowing it to accelerate its Post-Quantum and Quantum commercialization roadmap and deployment in the U.S.
