NaSaaS Technology宣布计划实施ADS比率变更

- NaaS Technology (NASDAQ:NAAS) plans to change the ratio of its American Depositary Shares (ADS) to its Class A ordinary shares (par value $0.01 each), increasing it from the current ratio of 1 ADS to 800 Class A shares to a new ratio of 1 ADS to 3,200 Class A shares.
- For the company's ADS holders, the change in the ADS Ratio will have the same effect as a one-for-four reverse ADS split.
