Rhythm Pharmaceuticals定价1.75亿美元股票发行

Rhythm Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:RYTM) shares dipped 3.3% premarket on Thursday after the company priced its upsized offering of 2,058,824 shares of its common stock at $85.00 per share.
In addition, the firm also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 308,823 shares of common stock at the public offering price.
The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $175M.
