- Altura Energy (TSXV:ALTU:CA) on Monday said it has appointed Ashley Lastinger as Chief Executive Officer.
- Robert Johnston has transitioned from CEO to Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors.
- Lastinger worked under Robert Johnston, both at Apache Corporation (APA) and Atalaya Resources, furthering the development of the Mid-Continent Granite Wash formation and evaluating various unexplored resources in Oklahoma, Texas, North Dakota, and Colorado.
