Veritone (NASDAQ:VERI) to raise ~$10M through a registered direct offering and concurrent private placement.
The offering includes 6.45M shares and 1.8M pre-funded warrants, priced at $1.09 and $1.08 respectively.
Chief executive officer Ryan Steelberg invested $1M in a concurrent private placement at a price of at least $1.41/share.
Net proceeds will support working capital, debt repayment, capital expenditures, and AI platform development.
Closing of the registered direct offering is expected around July 2, 2025.
VERI shares down over 12% on Monday.
