Perfect Moment Ltd. Announces Proposed Public Offering Of Common Stock; No Size Or Amount Disclosed

Perfect Moment Ltd. (NYSE:PMNT) ("Perfect Moment" or the "Company"), the high-performance, luxury skiwear and lifestyle brand that fuses technical excellence with fashion-led designs, today announced that it intends to offer to sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. All of the shares of common stock are to be sold by the Company.

ThinkEquity is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering.
