SiTime定价3.5亿美元股票发行

- SiTime (NASDAQ:SITM) has priced its follow-on public offering of 1.75M shares at $200.00 per share.
- The company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 262,500 additional shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
- The gross proceeds of the offering to SiTime, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses, are expected to be $350M.
- The offering is expected to close on June 27, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
