CriticalPoint附属公司从Vera Bradley手中收购Pura Vida Bracket

- Affiliates of CriticalPoint announced on Tuesday the acquisition of consumer wearables brand Pura Vida Bracelets from Vera Bradley (NASDAQ:VRA).
- Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
- Under CriticalPoint's ownership and operational expertise, Ryan Heuser, co-founder and former president of Paul Frank Industries, has joined Pura Vida as the company's new chief executive officer, effective immediately.
