TuHURA Biosciences (NASDAQ:HURA) said that its stockholders have approved the proposed merger with Kineta during their special meeting.
In addition to the merger approval, TuHURA Biosciences announced that its stockholders also approved all proposals presented at the company's special meeting.
These proposals included increasing the company's authorized shares to 200M and a plan to reincorporate the company in Delaware.
The parties expect the merger to close as soon as possible after fulfilling or waiving any remaining closing conditions.
