Lucas GC宣布后续发行定价;股价上涨近5%

- Lucas GC (NASDAQ:LGCL) announced on Friday the pricing of its “best efforts” follow-on offering of 32.15 million ordinary shares of the company at a public offering price of $0.20 per share, for total gross proceeds of $6.43 million before deducting placement agent's fee and offering expenses.
- The offering is expected to close on or about June 23, 2025, said the company.
- AC Sunshine Securities LLC is acting as the placement agent for the offering.
- LGCL is +4.72% to $0.7116.
