Siyata Mobile (NASDAQ:SYTA) has filed a prospectus to register 1.75M common shares for resale by Hudson Global Ventures under an Equity Line of Credit agreement.
The resale amount is valued at up to $3.7M, based on a June 13, 2025 share price of $2.11.
These shares are part of a larger $7M total facility.
Siyata is not selling shares directly through this prospectus and will not receive proceeds from secondary sales by the investor.
SYTA may receive up to $3.7M more in gross proceeds from future share issuances under the agreement.
