Viasat将根据Ligado协议获得5.68亿美元

- Viasat (NASDAQ:VSAT) expects to receive $568M from Ligado Networks in fiscal year 2026 under a term sheet that settles its subsidiary Inmarsat Global’s opposition to Ligado’s planned restructuring.
- Starting on September 30, 2025, Ligado will start making quarterly payments of ~$16M per quarter to Inmarsat. The quarterly payment amount increases 3% per year for the life of the contract (through 2107).
- Ligado will make two lump sum payments to Inmarsat: $420M on October 31, 2025, followed by $100M on March 31, 2026. Viasat will use the funds primarily to manage near term maturities and address its extended maturity profile.
