Scraping Unit

Flexible Flat Scraping

自适应式平刮边，柔性靠模紧密贴合板材，封边更完美。

Self-adapted flat scraping unit ensures workpiece fits tightly for better edging performance.

 双往复式抛光  

Double Reciprocating Buffering

棉质抛光轮往复式清洁封边后的板件，清除板件上下面的余胶和碎屑。

Cotton polishing wheel reciprocatingly cleans the plates after the edge seal, and removes residual glue and debris on and below the plates.

 脱模清洁  

Spray and Clean Unit

可在待封边的板件上下面喷一层脱模剂，有效防止封边过程中溢出的热熔胶粘染板面。

Spraying on the top and bottom of the panel effectivelyprevents the hot-melt glue from being left on.

板材上下表面喷涂清洁剂，配合抛光机构清洁板材上下面的余胶和碎屑。

Apply the cleaning agent on top & bottom of workpiece toperfectly work with buffing units for clean and best finishingresults.
