Rigetti Computing完成3.5亿美元的市场股权发行

- Rigetti Computing (NASDAQ:RGTI) said on Wednesday that it had completed an at-the-market $350M equity offering.
- Rigetti shares rose 6.5% in premarket trading on the back of positive industry comments made by Nvidia (NVDA) CEO Jensen Huang.
- Following the offering, Rigetti will have approximately $575 million of cash on its balance sheet. It intends to use the money for general corporate purposes.
- Rigetti's offering comes one day after D-Wave Quantum (QBTS) entered into a sales agreement with multiple investment firms to sell up to $400M worth of its common stock.
