Apollo funds invest in pipeline technology firm T.D. Williamson

Funds managed by Apollo Global Management (NYSE:APO) are making an investment in T.D. Williamson ("TDW"), a pipeline infrastructure technology and services company, TDW said on Tuesday.

SCF Partners, a Houston, Texas-based private equity firm specializing in energy & infrastructure services investments that acquired TDW in June 2022, will continue to retain a majority ownership stake.

Offering a suite of maintenance and asset optimization solutions for the full lifecycle of pipeline infrastructure, TDW holds over 500 registered patents, including innovations in advanced isolation, integrated pigging, in-line integrity assessment and repair — deployed across both infrastructure and utility end markets.
