MercadoLibre降低免费送货最低标准

- Shares of MercadoLibre (NASDAQ:MELI) were under pressure on Friday after the e-commerce giant said it lowered the threshold for free shipping in Brazil to compete with rival Amazon (AMZN) in the Latin American market.
- The company will now offer free shipping on orders of $3.40 or more from the prior minimum of $14.15.
- According to Reuters, the head of the company’s e-commerce operations in Brazil said MercadoLibre will absorb the additional costs of shipping.
- MercadoLibre (NASDAQ:MELI) holds a 35% market share in Brazil versus 16% held by Amazon (AMZN), which offers free shipping to on all purchases to Prime members.
