- Ribbon Communications (NASDAQ:RBBN) announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a program to repurchase up to $50 million of the company's common stock, commencing June 5, 2025 and continuing through December 31, 2027.
- The share repurchase program will be funded with cash on hand or cash generated from operations.
- RBBN +3.14% premarket to $3.61.
