国际电池金属公司任命Michael Rutledge为首席财务官

- International Battery Metals (TSXV:IBAT:CA) announced on Monday the appointment of Michael Rutledge as chief financial officer (CFO) of the company.
- Prior to his appointment as CFO, Rutledge has served as interim CFO of the company since March 6, 2025.
- In accordance with Rutledge's employment agreement with the company and the company's restricted share unit plan, the company has granted to Rutledge 450,000 restricted share units (RSU), which RSUs will vest in full on the first anniversary of their date of issuance and an additional 900,000 RSUs, which RSUs will vest in full on the date that the company completes the building and deployment of two additional Direct Lithium Extraction plants.
