CLIK收到纳斯达克关于最低出价不足的通知

- Click Holdings (NASDAQ:CLIK) on Monday announced that the company received a letter from Nasdaq, notifying the company that based on the closing bid price of the company for the period from April 16, 2025 to May 29, 2025, the company no longer meets the continued listing requirement, to maintain a minimum bid price of $1 per share.
- The notification has no immediate effect on the listing of the company’s ordinary shares.
- Nasdaq has provided the company with a 180 calendar days compliance period, or until November 26, 2025, in which to regain compliance.
- CLIK +6.09% premarket to $0.522.
