KORE announces finance chief transition

KORE Group (NYSE:KORE) appointed Anthony Bellomo as executive VP, CFO and Treasurer, effective June 2, 2025.
Bellomo comes to KORE from Mitel Networks where he has spent the last 15 years in financial roles.
Bellomo will succeed Paul Holtz, who departed as executive VP, CFO and Treasurer of the company effective May 30, 2025.
Holtz is expected to remain as a non-executive advisor through June 30 to effect an orderly transition of duties.
