鲍文收购收到纳斯达克不合规通知

- Bowen Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ:BOWN) said on Thursday that it has received a letter from the Nasdaq’s listing department advising the company that it does not comply with Nasdaq’s listing rule for continued listing because NASDAQ has not received the company’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q.
- NASDAQ has informed the company that it has until July 28, 2025, to submit a plan to regain compliance regarding this delinquent report.
- The company said it is working diligently to complete the Form 10-Q.
