ARB IOT (NASDAQ:ARBB) said the firm has approved a one-for-fifteen reverse share split of the company’s issued and unissued ordinary shares.
The split will begin on June 2.
The firm said the split is intended to increase the per-share trading price of the shares to help the company regain compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price rule.
