Kopin (NASDAQ:KOPN) announced on Thursday the retirement of CFO Rich Sneider.
The company said it has begun a search for Sneider’s replacement, which will include consideration for both internal and external candidates.
Sneider is expected to continue in his current role until such time as a successor is named and otherwise assist in the transition, it added.
Shares of KOPN were marginally up +0.74% to $1.35 during premarket trading.
