- TAT Technologies (NASDAQ:TATT) has commenced an underwritten public offering of 4.15M ordinary shares.
- The offering includes 1.625M shares from TAT and 2.525M shares from selling shareholders FIMI Opportunity V and FIMI Israel Opportunity Five.
- Underwriters have an option to purchase up to an additional 622,500 shares from both TAT and the selling shareholders.
- TAT will use its portion of proceeds for general corporate purposes, including working capital and capital expenditures.
- The company will not receive any proceeds from shares sold by the selling shareholders.
- TATT shares fall 4.3% post-market on Wednesday.
