The provider of cloud-based software for the life sciences industry now sees revenue for the year of between $3.09B and $3.1B compared to $3.04B-$3.055B prior. Consensus is $3.05B.
Non-GAAP fully diluted net income per share is seen at approximately $7.63 vs. consensus of $7.30. It was $7.32 prior.
For FY26 Q2, revenues are projected at between $766M and $769M. Consensus is $750.26M. Non-GAAP fully diluted net income per share is between $1.89 and $1.90 vs. consensus of $1.79.
In Q1, Veeva beat on both lines.
Non-GAAP fully diluted net income per share rose to $1.97 from $1.50 in the year-ago period.
Veeva ended the Q1 (April 30) with cash and cash equivalents of ~$2B, up from ~$1.1B on Jan. 31.
