报告称,Salesforce正在洽谈收购公司,Informatica股价上涨

- Informatica (NYSE:INFA) shares jumped more than 25% on Friday as Bloomberg reported that Salesforce (NYSE:CRM) is in talks to acquire the enterprise cloud software company.
- A deal could be announced as soon as next week, the news outlet added, citing people familiar with the matter.
- Salesforce shares fell 3% following the report.
- The Marc Benioff-led company had talks to acquire Informatica in 2024, but the deal fell through. Informatica was taken private in 2015 by private equity firm Permira and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. It returned to the public markets in 2021, though Permira and CPIP still own significant stakes in Informatica.
