Atara Biotherapeutics公开募股定价1600万美元

- Atara Biotherapeutics (NASDAQ:ATRA) announced the pricing of an offering of 834,237 shares of common stock at $6.61/share and pre-funded warrants to purchase 1.59M shares of common stock at $6.6099/pre-funded warrant share in an underwritten registered direct offering.
- The pre-funded warrants will be immediately exercisable upon issuance. The offering is expected to close on or about May 16, 2025.
- The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be $16M.
- Atara currently intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund its ongoing activities required to achieve biologics license application approval for tab-cel, and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
- ATRA shares up nearly 3% premarket on Thursday.
