Nexalin Technology在定价500万美元股票发行后股价下跌

- Nexalin Technology (NASDAQ:NXL) shares fell 21.5% premarket on Monday after it priced an offering of 3.85M shares of its common stock at $1.30 a share.
- In addition, Nexalin has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 577,500 additional shares.
- The gross proceeds are expected to be around $5M, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses. Nexalin intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
- The offering is expected to close on or about May 6, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
