Hyatt延长了对Playa Hotels & Resorts NV所有已发行普通股的要约收购要约

Hyatt Hotels (NYSE:H) Monday  announced that HI Holdings Playa B.V., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Hyatt, has extended the offering period of its cash tender offer to purchase all of the outstanding ordinary shares of Playa Hotels & Resorts N.V. (NASDAQ:PLYA) for $13.50 per share in cash.

The offer is being made pursuant to the previously announced purchase agreement, dated February 9, among Hyatt and Playa.

The tender offer is now scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on May 23, unless the tender offer is further extended or earlier terminated in accordance with the purchase agreement.
