高盛做出关键任命以增强亚洲(日本除外)并购业务
2025-04-28 14:32
- Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) said that it has named two significant leaders to its M&A operations in Asia excluding Japan: Sushil Bathija named the Asia ex-Japan head of M&A, and Vikram Chavali will serve as Asia ex-Japan head of sponsors M&A, according to a Reuters report that cites an internal memo.
- Bathija and Chavali will work closely with both regional and global leadership to drive the success of Goldman Sachs’ M&A franchise in the region. They will report to Goldman Sachs' Asia Pacific co-heads of M&A Raghav Maliah, Yoshihiko Yano and Ed Wittig, who were appointed to their roles last year to expand and deepen its deals' coverage in the region.
- These appointments come as Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) strengthens its leadership in the Asia Pacific M&A market, aiming to capitalize on the region’s growing deal activity and to enhance its cross-border transaction capabilities.
