拐点收购III将2200万单位IPO定价为每单位10美元

Inflection Point Acquisition III (IPCX) has announced the pricing of its IPO of 22M units at a price of $10.00 per unit.
The units will be listed on The Nasdaq and will trade under the ticker symbol “IPCXU” beginning April 25, 2025.
Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one right to receive one-tenth (1/10) of one Class A ordinary share upon the closing of the Co.’s initial business combination.
The Co. has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3.3M units to cover over-allotments, if any.
The Co. intends to pursue a business combination with a North American or European business in disruptive growth sectors.
The offering is expected to close on April 28, 2025.
