Rivian扩大董事会，任命Aidan Gomez为董事

- Rivian Automotive (NASDAQ:RIVN) said on Monday that it has increased the size of the board and elected Aidan Gomez to serve as a class II director of the company with a term expiring at the 2026 annual meeting of stockholders, effective immediately.
- Gomez currently serves as Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder and board member of Cohere, a security-first enterprise artificial intelligence company since September 2019.
- Prior to Cohere, Gomez served as a researcher at Google, working on its deep learning Google Brain project.
- Rivian Automotive (NASDAQ:RIVN) shares were down 0.45% in extended trading.
