Ascent Industries宣布多年特种化学品合同

- Ascent Industries (NASDAQ:ACNT) has announced the signing of a significant multi-year contract, expanding its relationship with an existing customer.
- The agreement is expected to generate more than $0.75M in additional annual EBITDA, representing a 10% year-over-year increase for the Specialty Chemicals segment.
- “This contract marks a significant milestone in our ongoing transformation and underscores our strategic shift toward becoming a pure-play specialty chemicals company,” said Bryan Kitchen, President and CEO.
