泰坦制药宣布100万美元私募

- Titan Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:TTNP) announced on Friday that it has completed a private placement of the company’s newly designated Series B convertible preferred stock with Blue Harbour Asset Management.
- Pursuant to the purchase agreement, Blue Harbour purchased 100,000 shares of preferred stock for an aggregate purchase price of $1 million, said the company, adding that "the shares have a conversion price of $3.00."
- TTNP +2.45% after hours to $3.76.
