  • The company has received the non-objection of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond for the repurchases.
  • The company has ~10.59M shares outstanding.
  • The buybacks are expected to commence after BV Financial releases its results of operations for the period ended March 31, and expire on December 31.
  • The repurchases may be made in open market or private transactions, through block trades, or pursuant to any trading plan that may be adopted in accordance with Rule 10b5-1 of the U.S. SEC.
  • The purchase price will be subject to the management's discretion.
