- Genelux (NASDAQ:GNLX) has announced the pricing of an underwritten offering of 3M shares of its common stock at an offering price of $3.50 per share.
- The gross proceeds to Genelux from the offering are expected to be $10.5M.
- The net proceeds from the offering are to be used for working capital and for general corporate purposes, including the continued clinical development of Olvi-Vec.
- The offering is expected to close on or about March 26, 2025.
- GNLX -10.03% premarket to $3.50.
