NAYA Biosciences, Inc. ("NAYA") (NASDAQ:NAYA), a life science portfolio company dedicated to bringing breakthrough treatments to patients in oncology, autoimmune diseases, and women's health, and a leading provider of in vitro fertilization (IVF) and in vivo Intravaginal Culture ("IVC") fertility treatments, announced today that it will effect a 1-for-12 reverse split of its issued and outstanding and authorized common stock effective as of 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on March 18, 2025. Commencing with the opening of trading on The Nasdaq Capital Market on March 18, 2025, the Company's common stock will trade on a post-split basis under the same trading symbol, "NAYA".
