Junee收购MindEnergy 51%股份

Junee (NASDAQ:JUNE) announced on Wednesday it has reached an agreement to acquire a 51% stake in MindEnergy AI Technology.
Pursuant to the share purchase agreement, the initial consideration shall be $250,000 and the total purchase price could be up to $9.8 million. The company shall initially issue 62,500 ordinary shares to the seller, while the maximum number of shares to be issued as consideration is up to 2.45 million.
The company said the consideration will be paid in newly issued ordinary shares of the company at $4 per ordinary share.
Through this strategic investment, the company will collaborate closely with MindEnergy to develop the next generation of AI training and inference servers.
