Digihost宣布重述之前发布的财务报表

- Digihost Technology (NASDAQ:DGHI) announced that it has filed an amended annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023 with the SEC, which contains restated financial statements for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2023 and 2022, to correct a material error in the classification of proceeds derived from the sale of digital assets.
- For any and all of the restatement periods, there was no impact on the company’s overall cash position or net cash flows, it said.
- DGHI -2.17% after hours to $1.35.
