Swvl寻求通过私募筹集200万美元

- Swvl (NASDAQ:SWVL) said their investors will purchase additional securities to purchase $2 million of pre-funded warrants to buy shares in a private placement.
- The offering will be priced at $4.79 apiece.
- The firm added the buyers have agreed to lock up the securities purchased in the offering for a period of 6 months, and also to transfer less than 20% of the securities purchased for each 90-day period thereafter.
- The firm expects to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes, including the expansion of its operations in the U.S.
