- News, sports, and entertainment company Fox (NASDAQ:FOX) announced on Monday that John Nallen has been named president and COO.
- FOX shares were trading +0.58% pre-market at $50.39.
- Nallen has signed a new long-term employment agreement through June 2028.
- Prior to the spinoff of FOX by 21st Century Fox in March 2019, Nallen was the senior executive vice president and CFO for 21CF.
