- Cyclerion Therapeutics (NASDAQ:CYCN) plans to offer up to $25M in securities, including common stock, preferred stock, warrants, and units, through one or more series or classes.
- The company may sell these securities to underwriters, dealers, agents, or directly to purchasers on a continuous or delayed basis.
- Under the offering, Cyclerion is limited to selling no more than one-third of its public float in any 12-month period while its float remains below $75M.
- CYCN shares fall over 3% post-market on Tuesday.
