Revenue of €16.03B (+8.3% Y/Y). +6.3% organic growth in Q4, leading to +5.8% for the full year.
Free cash flow at €1.84 billion.
EBITDA amounted to €3,014 million in 2024, compared to €2,845 million in 2023, up 5.9%. EBITDA was 21.6% as a percentage of net revenue.
2024 proposed dividend at €3.60 per share, up 5.9%, fully paid in cash.
Confident in continued outperformance in 2025:
- Organic growth guidance of +4% to +5%.
- Operating margin rate slightly above 18%.
- Free cash flow of €1.9 to €2.0 billion.
