Forafric Global宣布纳斯达克合规状态

- Forafric Global (NASDAQ:AFRI) has announced that on Jan. 14, 2025, it received written notice from the listing qualifications department of The Nasdaq stating that since the Co. has not yet filed a Form 6-K containing an interim balance sheet and income statement as of the end of its second quarter by Dec. 31, 2024, the Co. was not in compliance with Listing Rule 5250.
- On Jan. 16, 2025, the Co. filed its six-month report with the SEC, and on the same day, the Co. received a letter from Nasdaq confirming that the Co. is now in compliance with the Rule.
