B.莱利金融宣布赎回6.375%优先票据

- Diversified financial services company B. Riley Financial (NASDAQ:RILY) announced on Tuesday the redemption of all the issued and outstanding 6.375% senior notes due February 28.
- RILY shares were 3.20% up pre-market to $5.16.
- The redemption price will be equal to 100% of the aggregate principal amount, plus any accrued and unpaid interest.
- The notes listed on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol RILYM will be delisted on the redemption date of February 28.
- Additionally, B. Riley said it has temporarily suspended cash dividends on its 6.875% series A cumulative perpetual preferred stock and 7.375% series B cumulative perpetual preferred stock.
