Li-Cycle报告启动拟议的承销公开募股

- Li-Cycle (NYSE:LICY) Tuesday said that it has commenced an underwritten public offering in the United States to offer and sell units consisting of common shares and warrants to purchase common shares.
- In addition, Li-Cycle (LICY) expects to grant Aegis Capital a 45-day option to purchase additional common shares and/or warrants representing up to 15% of the total common shares and up to 15% of the total warrants sold in the offering solely to cover over-allotments, if any.
- The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
