Arizona Sonoran宣布与Hudbay Minerals进行1，990万加元的私募股权

Arizona Sonoran Copper (TSX:ASCU:CA) announced that Hudbay Minerals (TSX:HBM:CA) has agreed to subscribe for 11.85M shares of the company in a non-brokered private placement at C$1.68 per share for total consideration of C$19.91M.
Closing is expected to occur on or about January 30, 2025.
Proceeds of the private placement are to be allocated to drilling, exploration, technical studies and advancement of the Cactus copper project in Arizona, and for general corporate purposes.
Hudbay will hold a 9.99% interest in ASCU, following the closing of the private placement and after giving effect to the shares currently held by Hudbay.
Hudbay and ASCU:CA will enter into an investor rights agreement, pursuant to which Hudbay will have certain customary rights and obligations, substantially similar to those granted to certain other existing shareholders.
