First Keystone宣布首席执行官Elaine Woodland退休

- Bank holding company First Keystone (OTCPK:FKYS) announced on Wednesday the retirement of president and CEO Elaine Woodland, effective January 31.
- Jack Jones has been selected as a successor. Jones joined the company as executive vice president and COO, effective January 6, until Woodland's retirement.
- Jones previously served as senior vice president and chief banking officer at Penns Woods Bancorp (PWOD).
