EZGO收到纳斯达克关于最低出价不足的通知

- EZGO Technologies (NASDAQ:EZGO) on Tuesday said it has received a letter from Nasdaq, notifying the company that it is currently not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth under listing rules, as the closing bid price of the company's ordinary shares was below $1.00 per share for a period of 30 consecutive business days from November 13 to December 27.
