Coeptis Therapeutics宣布反向股票拆分

- Coeptis Therapeutics (NASDAQ:COEP) on Friday said it will proceed with a 1-for-20 reverse stock split of its issued and outstanding shares of common stock.
- The first day of trading on a post-split basis on Nasdaq will be on December 31, 2024.
- The company said the reverse split is intended to help meet the minimum bid price requirement necessary to maintain its listing on Nasdaq.
- COEP -26.44% premarket to $0.1552.
